Voluntary Action has a vision of an East Renfrewshire where communities, organisations and volunteers are empowered to achieve their full potential and where Voluntary Action and the third sector plays an active and equal role with other partners in achieving this outcome.

My job is to provide leadership that ensures Voluntary Action is a robust, sustainable organisation that engenders public trust through quality, innovative services that are delivered professionally, inclusively and competently to promote the vision and to deliver support and services that help realise the vision.
