Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire

What is it?

The BefriendER project aims to provide companionship & support to socially isolated older people throughout East Renfrewshire.

Our volunteers work alongside older people, to encourage social & community involvement.

What services do we offer?

The project runs a variety of services, including one-to-one befriending, peer befriending, quarterly group events, and a weekly Chataway telephone befriending service.
