If you are part of a Third Sector group or organisation, or if you would like to start one, we can help you to:
- Take your ideas and make them real
- Identify funding sources you need to make your plans work
- Improve and strengthen what you do by undertaking a group 'health check'
- Be more involved and receive up to date information by becoming a Voluntary Action member.
- Develop long term plans to make your group stronger
- Keep informed of new ideas and opportunities and changes in legislation that may affect you
- Access specialist training and learning opportunities
- Governance (How good is your Board)
- Charity Law
- Social economy (What is it?)
- Get guidance on child protection and safeguarding
- Deal with the CRBS and Disclosure process.
- Have opportunities to meet people from other groups, share experiences and knowledge, and network with them.
